Prior to joining Jason Simard in the creation of Sims Coaching Systems, Joseph was a recognized leader in the Financial Community. Joseph has held various roles within Finance from Financial Advisor, to Account Manager of Business Banking and Branch Leader/General Manager. Joseph was in a Leadership role for the duration of his career in Finance. As a celebrated mentor and coach, Joseph has led his Teams to unprecedented levels of success by allowing each of his Team Members find their superpower. Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Joseph Moretti is a husband, a father of two children, an owner of a pug named Gorgeous George. When Joseph is not at work, he can be found spending time with his family, taking road trips around the Island on his Harley, and going to baseball games, cheering on the Yankees. Jason has a value-based approach that has allowed him to outperform the market year after year. In his first year, Jason sold 125 homes. In Jasons second and third year he accomplished the purchase and sale of 205 then 257 homes in a declining market. As a dedicated mentor and coach, Jason guided two brand new agents to 71 sales and 48 sales in their first year as Real Estate agents. Jason is very proud of the fact that each of his agents has earned a healthy six figure income in their first twelve months working within the Sims Real Estate Group.
