Simpson Sheet Metal Inc Information

Simpson Sheet Metal, Inc. was established in 1985 by Mark and Becky Simpson. They began in a small pole barn on a dead end street in Carthage, Missouri. The two of them did all the work. Mark's experience as a manager and superintendent for a mechanical contracting company, plus an extensive construction background and Becky's knowledge of accounting and book keeping, gave them the necessary tools to start the business. In a short time the business began to grow. Employees were hired and the building was expanded. In 15 years that pole barn grew to 10,000 square feet of fabrication and warehouse area. About a dozen employees were hired. In 1997, they purchased the assets of another company. A second location was established in Joplin, Missouri. After two relocations, they are now in a 12,000 square foot building on Main Street in Joplin.
