Determined to fix this, they launched SimplyTrip in January 2020 to bring structure, trust, and top-notch service to the market. Despite incorporating on March 6, 2020—just two weeks before the first nationwide lockdown—we persevered through countless challenges to build the right product, achieve product–market fit, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Our team, strengthened by functional experts from industries like real estate, international customer service, consumer brands, and other travel companies, has continuously improved our processes and introduced innovations in service delivery.
