Simply Torn Information

Simply Torn [Art + Design] combines bespoke design and beautiful materials to capture the mood of the most important events in our lives--from bridal showers, to weddings, to a child's first birthday. Christa, owner and designer, sits down with every client to get an idea of their aesthetic, the event's themes and colors, and the overall vision for the event. All of this comes together with design and perfectly-chosen paper, ribbon, foil, and more to create a wholly custom piece. Christa began her artistic career while studying graphic design at Missouri State University. Experimenting with a range of media and styles, from torn paper illustration to modern typography, she developed expertise that sets Simply Torn apart. A St. Louis native, Christa is the youngest of six children and has spent her life trying to find her own voice. Today, she prides herself on the ability to transform her clients' ideas into beautiful stationery.
