We have recently pivoted to creating software applications in the field of education technology and property management. Our current software products include: 1. Tract - a property management application digitizing all property management processes of condominium, subdivision, and other real estate developments in the country. The application enables property, building managers, and homeowners to better manage their properties online efficiently allowing for contactless transactions that would result to excellent and fast response times. 2. LearnHub PH - a distance learning application that would enable institutions to deliver all learning content to students or clients via any mobile device. Its one-stop-shop learning approach allows for seamless learning in one app. 3. Take N' Exam - an adaptive review tool used by Review Centers to prepare students or clients for their licensure exams.
