We have years of expertise in expediting land use entitlements, building permits, and general project management for commercial and mixed-use residential developments + the telecommunications industry. Additionally, we offer full turn-key site acquisition for wireless telecommunications, inclusive of site selection, site audits, zoning, & contract negotiations. SimmCo's focus is to deliver quality service with urgency. Our years of experience and extensive relationships throughout Southern California have consistentaly help us cut through red tape to execute on milestone objectives to meet the challenging demands for our clients permitting schedules + business objectives. In 2015, SimmCo acquired The McCarty Company to augment our capability to provide superior project management, land use, and building permit services to our clients in the Greater Southern California Area.
