SIMKA was founded in 1959 in Frankfurt Main by Mr. Simmer and Mr. Karres. In 1972, SIMKA moved into its current facilities, located in Hanau near Frankfurt am Main. In 2003, SIMKA was acquired by the Inpro Group (Madrid headquartered) becoming a natural merger between two leaders within their respective markets. In 2007, with the foundation of our US branch Simka Services (Atlanta), we have added the North American expansion as a key strategic priority. The U.S. is the largest economy, and its Building / HVAC sector offers good potential for growth. We believe that our strengths in INPRO GROUP businesses can be exported successfully, particularly into the U.S. market. This is a significant opportunity for us as we have been successfully providing German engineering based technical solutions, comprising a product range for the Building construction HVAC sector . By extending our SIMKA Services business into the U.S. through strategic expansion, we are ideally positioned to benefit from this growing trend. With over 40 years of experience, the German engineering technology of our systems, coupled with the amplification of our product range and high quality and innovations, we are more than able to offer our clients excellent quality and optimum service. Developing engineering solutions for the HVAC market is our core business.
