Global IT Systems has acquired the technology known as 'Blue Trade' under an asset purchase agreement from Blue Chip Online Ltd. 'Blue Trade' is a proprietary software system that enables international financial institutions to offer online trading and reporting services to their clientele. Under the Purchase and Sale Agreement, Global IT Systems acquires the intellectual property rights to the name 'Blue Trade' technology and any and all licensing agreements. It also includes and existing agreements between Blue Chip Online Ltd. and client users of the 'Blue Trade' technology.
