The company was founded in April 2000 and has recently completed 11 years as a leader in its sector. It is currently made up of 80 full-time employees and counts on a solid presence in all of Brazil’s main regional capitals. SimGroup manages a portfolio of 600 active clients and 350 direct and indirect suppliers, 250 incentive and motivational projects are created and managed and 100 large scale events are organized and realized. Leads promotional projects, events and incentive marketing for clients like Telefônica, Volkswagen, Santander, Perdigão, Nokia, Arcor, Atento, Mendes Júnior, Bradesco, Eversystems amongst others. Simgroup also develop and implement “Socially Responsible” projects at the KaririXocó village in the state of Alagoas, giving assistance to 2,200 indigenous children for the last 7 years. The company applies a “Social Inclusion” initiative and includes, within the organisational structure, an employee with Down syndrome. Part of the company’s revenue is donated to reforestation projects. The Company were the first communications company to sign the United Nations Organisation Global Pact.
