SILVEX is a materials-innovation company developing a patent-pending coating solution that turns standard textiles into EMF/EMI/RF-shielding fabric. Applied as a dip-and-dry finish, the platform is designed to deliver high shielding effectiveness across a wide range of fabrics at roughly half the cost of incumbent silver-based materials — with no metals and no toxic byproducts. Our first-generation silver-based apparel validated consumer demand and produced early revenue, customers, and product feedback while the coating platform moves through R&D. We operate as a Delaware C-Corp with a phased commercial model: Today — DTC apparel: EMF-shielding silver-based underwear and beanies, generating live revenue and market validation. Near-term — Coated fabric (B2B): coating-finished shielding fabric sold to RF/EMI shielding manufacturers and RF/EMF testing companies (our beachhead). Long-term — Licensing: high-margin B2B partnerships licensing the coating to apparel, wellness, maternity, medical, automotive, defense, and smart-fabric companies integrating EMF shielding into their products.
