Silva Homes is a housing association that provides homes for over 14,000 people in the South East. Our purpose is to benefit communities through our investment in homes and support for people. We own and manage over 6,500 rented properties, 1,000 shared ownership properties and 2,500 garages. We have over 230 colleagues providing services that include housing management, supported housing, technical services, landscaping, development and central services. Silva Homes has a single status board with 10 members.
