SiliDog Information

SiliDog was founded in 2014 by a University of Florida Master’s student (Go Gators!) and his rescue dog. The beaten and abused pup was thrown from a car on the highway, fostered, then adopted by SiliDog’s Founder, Mikey Lickstein. After getting the dog his first pet tag, the dog’s constant scratching scratched away the metal tag’s engraving information, making it ugly and illegible. At night, the ‘jingle-jangle’ of the tags disturbed everyone’s sleep. After four-legged co-founder, Bentley, worn-down four metal pet tags in one month, the idea for SiliDog was born. SiliDog Tags are made of 100% silicone. Finally, no more jingling or fading! Pet ID Tags that are ultra-durable, light-weight, and comfortable for dogs of all breeds and sizes. After receiving feedback from over half a million customers, known as “SiliFans”, and 700 pet stores selling SiliDog Tags, SiliDog has continued to expand their product line to meet market demands. SiliDog originally created four classic styles, grew to 20 styles and colors, launched SiliCat Tags (yes, a mouse and goldfish tag is now available for cats too!), and now plans to develop over 100 new tag designs. SiliDog has set The New Standard in Pet Tags with their new SiliDog Tag 5.0 collection. All tags are fully customizable. You can include as much important identifying information as desired (i.e. name, phone number, address, microchip number, rabies number, etc.). There’s even enough space to add a SiliDog-suggested line such as, “Oh Sh*%, I’m Lost!” or “Please Call My Mom She is Ugly Crying!”. All SiliDog Tag orders include an attachment, front and back customization, free US shipping, with $2 international shipping, and are available for $19.99 retail. SiliDog delivers worldwide, with next-day production. More information about the latest arrivals offered by SiliDog can be found on their website at SiliDog.com.
