Silicon Valley Youth Information

In order to broaden the intellectual and creative capabilities of middle to early high school students in the Silicon Valley community, we teach classes of advanced topics that such students would normally not see until the last years of high school, if at all. In the past we have taught Economics, Debate, Current events, US History, AMC 8, Java, Website Design, Public Speaking, and more. Our 2018 classes are open for registration. Our leaders and students have volunteered or are currently volunteering in East Palo Alto to help students there. We donate all profits from classes to Ravenswood City School District. In 2017, we raised over $40,000 with which we sponsored an AVID writing competition for middle school students, gave students and teachers fundamental school supplies, purchased $5000 worth of gift cards to give to homeless students' families, and more. We hope to continue to serve the East Palo Alto community in 2018!
