Silcep is an industrial partner of different national and international Companies for the production of cosmetics by a real full service from the blowing of the bottle to the finished product. We can support partners in many different projects: Personal care _ Skin care, Body care and dermocosmetics products (emulsions, gels, pastes, lotions, liquid crystal emulsions) _ Suncare (Protective milks and creams, tanning products, aftersun) _ Toothpastes and Oral care products (Mouthwashes, denture adhesive pastes) _ Toiletries (Bath, showerfoam, shampoos, bath oils) Our productions is divided in three departments: _ Thermoplastic processing, where we can produce directly some bottles (HDPE,PET and more PETG, PP) which we go to work in the filling area; _ Bulk production, (with R&D and laboratory) where we can produce directly the semi-finished product in bulk reaching 12000Kg/day through different products; _ Packaging filling by: _ automatic lines for jars and bottles from 5ml to 1000ml; _ lines for tubes up to diam.60mm, _ line for bath salts / granular solids, _ automatic sleeving line, _ bundling lines Our standard quality is under ISO 9001:2015 and particular under GMP and more close standard quality of our big customer.
