Signaturehab is dedicated to providing innovative rehabilitative, patient-centered care to the patients of Signature HealthCARE. Through the collaboration of an interdisciplinary team; Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists work together to provide patients with a comprehensive rehabilitative approach that meets each patients needs for independence, dignity, and success. Each team provides specialized interventions that complement the patient’s goals resulting in positive outcomes. Signaturehab is committed to strong clinical programming and education. The Signaturehab team works together with the Clinical, Learning, and Spirituality teams to develop and implement Signaturehab programs that best complement individual facilities and patient populations. We are devoted to our patients and acknowledge their specialized needs.
