SigmaRoc Plc is a quoted company that invests in and operates new and existing lime and industrial limestone assets across Northern Europe. The company was founded in 2016 by Max Vermorken and his team of co-founders. We bring together a solid board and industry management team with sector and regional M&A, strategy and operational experience. Our investment strategy focusses on lime and limestone assets to supply the construction and industrial sectors of countries around northern, central and western europe. We currently target both the up and down stream lime and industrial limestone sectors, such as operating assets, value added products and services, associated infrastructure and supply chain. Investment decisions are driven by the team’s experience and background in selecting markets where structural, economic, or competitive features, allowing us to gain a competitive edge. The focus markets currently include specific areas in Europe. Particular attention will be given to niche markets as they all share the right characteristics of quality, stability, long term visibility on returns.
