SIGMA3 (https://sigma-programs.com/) is a Research and Development project about seismic hazard and ground motion. It has the objective to improve data and develop methods to deliver reliable PSHA, well-adapted to local site conditions, in particular for low-to-moderate seismicity areas. It is co-funded by a consortium of organizations involved in the nuclear energy sector (EDF, CEA, PG&E, swissnuclear, CEZ, VTT, Uniper, Stuk, Vattenfall & CRIEPI) and leading academic institutions in this field.
