I help businesses grow strategically with over 20 years of experience in the digital spectrum. Services span across developing business strategies to the implementation of tactical operations and processes around them. I mostly function as a sparring partner to discuss business models, research and define product/market fit, build strategies to grow with digital sales and marketing tactics, et cetera. I'm both technical (IT/analist) and commercial (sales/marketing), which makes me shift easily between different departments and help define and implement challenging projects, mostly web and SEO in that case or CRM for sales and marketing automation. I can do my own analysis (GA4/BigQuery/Piwik/Matomo) to spot opportunities and build out initiatives to work on attaining specific goals (OKR/4DX). Others label me as a quick thinker who helps moving businesses forward with new ideas and strategies. Personally it makes me happy just to help companies and individuals grow their business.
