Sidekick Learning is a next-generation learning platform built to support ABA organizations through intentional, competency-based supervision and training systems. We partner with ABA clinics and leadership teams who want to strengthen supervision, improve training consistency, and reduce the operational burden placed on supervisors. The platform brings supervision curriculum, RBT® training, continuing education, and competency tracking into one integrated system designed to support teams in building real skills. Sidekick Learning was created to address a common challenge in behavior analysis: training that meets requirements, but doesn’t always translate into confident, consistent practice across teams. The platform is intentionally designed using principles of instructional design, grounding every course and feature in how people actually learn. This means interactive, applied, and evidence-informed learning experiences rather than passive, checkbox-style content.
