SidcoDX Information

SidcoDX is a disruptive technological deployment that will allow the construction companies to complete projects 20% faster and reduce cost by up to 15% in the construction stage. Through a patented methodology that uses infrared cameras installed on the job site, SidcoDX can determine continuously and in real-time the progress of the construction stage and by means the temperature acquisition, the resistance of the fresh concrete to speed up the formwork stage. The enabling technologies used by SidcoDX are infrared thermography, cyber-physical systems, computer vision, cloud computing, BIM and the patented methodology that detect and digitalise the concrete once it has been poured. All these technologies are integrated under the concept of Industry 4.0. Therefore, this implementation does not require human intervention and gives to SidcoDX tremendous scalability. The patented methodology is a significant competitive advantage of SidcoDX because it allows not only be capable of supplying the advance of concreting in real-time but also to provide the resistance of the concrete continuously through a digital platform. The above is not technically possible without a system that integrates the job site into a digital platform. Furthermore, SidcoDX is providing two services together (i.e. project progress and the resistance of the fresh concrete) through the usage of just one implementation.
