SickCover is an easier, safer and fairer way of sourcing cover for schools and academies. We know the strains of sourcing daily cover for schools, SickCover provides an alternative to high fee recruitment agencies when you need emergency or daily cover staff to fulfil a post. It's our belief that more money should go to the supply staff and less to the agency. From the experience of working in a school, our founders want these essential institutions and their staff to be better off. Currently there are some schools that have no other option than using an agency when staff call in sick, we are changing that by providing schools a cost-effective way to connect with and book qualified supply teachers.
