PRO DEV LTD is a construction company that successfully combines trade skills with a state-of-the-art approach to planning and building construction projects. In more than 10 years of operation our company has completed more than 500 projects throughout Latvia. We are construction developers– master craftsmen ensuring not only the management of construction projects, but also doing the majority of the work ourselves.
