Streamline Innovation Partners provides fractional Head of Quality services to emerging or growing food and supplement brands and contract manufacturers navigating the gap between rapid growth and quality system readiness. Most companies we work with are scaling into retail channels like Target, Costco, or Amazon, preparing for investor or acquisition diligence, or managing increasingly complex co-manufacturer relationships. They've outgrown informal quality processes but can't afford or don't yet need a full-time Head of Quality. We act as embedded quality leadership, designing stage-appropriate quality management systems that are documented, audit-ready, and tied directly to commercial milestones. We don't over-engineer. We build minimum-viable and scalable systems that pass audits, satisfy retailers, and position brands for funding or exit without slowing operations. For brands, we handle gap assessments, SQF/GFSI audit prep, incident response, CAPA design, co-manufacturer oversight, business continuity strategy, and regulatory strategy. For contract manufacturers, we manage certification maintenance, brand client onboarding documentation, FDA compliance programs, and audit readiness—essentially functioning as their Head of Quality without the full-time cost or HR risk. We partner with both executive-level and middle-management depending on the scope and business needs. Our background includes quality leadership in dietary supplements and food manufacturing and distribution, plus consulting work supporting acquisition prep and regulatory diligence for high-growth brands. We understand both sides: what brands need to scale and what manufacturers need to win and retain those brands. Quality systems shouldn't be a bottleneck.
