SHYFT is an INNOVATIVE CORPORATE MEDITATION curriculum geared towards empowering progressive employers to create a more CONSCIOUS workplace. Our curriculum is built on the fundamental principles of mindfulness, which encourages the development of meaningful attention and presence as we move through our lives. We apply these principles to common, daily issues that permeate the modern day work place, including how to cultivate compassion amongst colleagues, how to improve resilience and stress management, and how to connect to the bigger picture meaning of what we do.
