Shuttle is a regulated European platform providing infrastructure for running private-market investments. We enable venture funds, syndicate leads, and founders to pool capital, onboard investors, execute deals, and manage SPVs through a single, compliant workflow. Shuttle is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland, allowing private-market transactions to be run across Europe with institutional-grade regulatory and operational standards. The platform handles investor onboarding and KYC, documentation and signatures, payments, cap table representation, ongoing reporting, and distributions - removing the operational friction that slows down deal execution. Shuttle is already used to run venture-backed investments and is expanding to support angel syndicates, VC sidecar deals, and founder-led raises through clean, Irish-domiciled SPVs built for reliability and scale. We’re building the regulated infrastructure layer for private markets in Europe, designed to be compliant by default, operationally resilient, and easy to run at scale.
