Our flagship product, FileGuardian, ensures data transfer and archives are secure and regulation compliant without the need for any hardware or software installation. Over the years, our mission has evolved and grown. With many initial FileGuardian clients being payroll providers, our latest offerings extend FileGuardian to solve the unique needs of the industry. Our motto: “Payroll is what you do, making payroll sexy is what we do!” Since 2009, we’ve introduced a number of solutions based on this motto which include: PUSH- Dubbed as the next generation of reporting for employers and employees, PUSH keeps employers and employees in the “know” with payroll information. With PUSH, cell phones (yes even old flip phones) are now a “payroll report viewer”. HUB- Available on any internet connected device, HUB provides the payroll universe employees have been searching for. HUB offers a customizable and brandable company intranet which includes a combination of features found traditionally in stand-alone employee self-service, time and attendance and human resource solutions. FLIGHT- HUB’s paperless employee onboarding extension providing employees a single system to access from date of hire through employment to date of termination. Whether it’s the collection of the Federal I-9, Federal W4, state withholding or custom documents (employee handbooks or other employment agreements) and questions, FLIGHT is integrated with payroll. LOFT- Allows third party developers to extend HUB’s functionality to satisfy any client or employee need. Most notably, LOFT enables payroll provides to create a complete HCM solutions by integrating best in breed technologies based on employer or employee desired needs.
