The Mushroom Company is the largest full line mushroom processor in the country, processing over 30 million pounds annually. We are located in Cambridge, Maryland and mushrooms have been our specialty since 1931. Our lines include canned, quick blanch refrigerated, frozen, roasted, and frozen sauces. We are the only mushroom processor in the United States that has the capability and capacity to produce all of these lines. Varieties available include White Button, Portabella, Crimini, Shiitake, Oyster, and Organic. Let us customize your product via cut size, pack size, private label, or seasoning. We are SQF Level 2 certified and continue to invest in our QA and food safety practices and procedures. Our product line has increased by adding new mushroom kits and removing some that proved difficult to maintain. We have been going through growing pains as the company sales have increased which has continuously forced us to find better ways to handle higher volume and to make a better product. We have future plans of acquiring our own property and relocating our entire operation on our own land. This would give us the ability to build our facility to suite our needs.
