SHRM of Tulare/Kings County Information

SHRM of Tulare/Kings County has been formed to serve Human Resource professionals in the Tulare and Kings County areas. The purpose of this chapter is to provide a local forum for members’ personal and professional development; provide an opportunity to develop leadership, managerial, public speaking and group decision-making skills; provide a local networking arena; and to provide a focus for legislative attention to local, state, and national human resource management issues. This organization is an affiliated chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world’s largest association devoted to human resource management.
