ShrineTech follows 3 main tenants: 1) To be a place where developers can gain experience from the ground up, removing the needless roadblocks held up by other tech firms that fail to impart an apprentice / master mindset as other engineering trades all have. Mastering random, disconnected coding tests is a parlor trick and the real skill and effort comes from working on real projects and interacting with real clients and their needs. A place where a junior role is indeed a junior role as all are welcomed to learn these very important skills in a growing digital world. 2) To provide top tier software services through our agency. Utilizing our collaborate team of developers to help build and design your projects. We aim to get you closer to the development process so that both your company and ours can truly collaborate in this ever growing industry. 3) To provide first party software and services from our own company and subsidiaries, some of which are companies that have been around since the dawn of the internet.
