SHRAMY Learning Technologies Pvt Ltd is an effort to discover and implement newer, more effective ways of improving the quality of workforce in India. Understanding SHRAMY's Inverted Learning Program (ILP™): SHRAMY's Inverted Learning Program (ILP™) is spread across five weeks of discovery, learning and application of concepts under the guidance of an ILP™ expert. Learners will work on contemporary, real-world marketing scenarios using the proprietary ILP™ pedagogy in cohorts of 16 like-minded individuals. The program will be conducted over five intensive but conveniently timed sessions conducted over Zoom by the ILP™ expert. There is no spoon-feeding here. Learners will be expected and encouraged to interact, debate, discuss and most importantly, take and justify decisions that will be key to solving the scenarios. The SHRAMY ILP™ is focused on life-long learning, and not mere certification. Learners will be able to apply the learning acquired during the program in their workplace, instantly.
