SHP Management Information

SHP Management Corp. was incorporated in December 1992 when Subsidized Housing Partners called upon the vast housing expertise of Sharon Pray to establish a management company for properties owned by Subsidized Housing Partners. Since inception, SHP Management Corp. has been providing excellence in the affordable housing industry, managing properties throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states and stretching as far west as Illinois. SHP Management Corp. currently manages over 70 properties consisting of 11,000 plus units of Section 8 Elderly, Section 8 Family, mixed-use 236, LIHTC and a limited number of commercial spaces. SHP Management Corp. staff has grown to over 375 full time and part time employees who share the goal of building strong, sustainable communities for residents and owners.
