It is our goal to reduce the impact we make on the planet in the course of our operation, and to promote and provide environmentally conscious and sustainable design and construction practices. We support the following efforts: Reduce the effect of our daily operation on the environment by conserving, reducing, and recycling. Explore opportunities to include environmentally conscious design and construction principles in each and every project. Provide education to our staff and the customers regarding conservation and sustainable design and construction. Provide time, effort, and financial assistance to select environmentally concerned causes and organizations. Design Approach SHOWCASEArchitects & Developers was founded on the commitment of integrating energy-efficient & environmentally-responsive architectural design with client needs. As a result we have been nationally recognized as being instrumental "conceptualizing" and "interpreting" the concept of sustainable design through the use of green building materials. This being accomplished with the belief that designing and building our clients' projects means doing so with minimal impact on natural resources. The general public has heard and talked of "Green" design, or "Green" architecture, garnering ones interest. Essentially, the practice of "Green" building and design is part of a globally growing attitude toward the way we live, work, build, and play in which concern for our natural surroundings is equally as important as what we build among them. For instance, the masonry used to clad the outside of your building: Is it natural stone that came from a local quarry or is it processed brick that has a high "embodied energy content" that required transport from a plant 300 miles away?
