Shore Physiotherapy is a small clinic located in North Manly. We cover all areas of upper and lower body musculoskeletal pathology from trauma and overuse syndromes to biomechanical assessment and injury prevention programs. We have a strong clinical history in treating foot and ankle conditions and take a biomechanical approach as to how the kinetics of the more proximal structures such as knees, hips and lower back are affected, especially with insidious onset or overuse conditions. Our philosophy is to give you a thorough description of your diagnosis in a language that you will easily comprehend. This allows you to rationalise the prescribed treatment and exercise program that you will be given, developing confidence and compliance with your injury management. We use a treatment style that encompasses both manual therapy and exercise prescription, blending best practice principles with clinical experience. Your clinic sessions will be a one on one consultation where you will get a chance to explain your condition thoroughly. On most occasions we will find an efficient solution to your condition but we also recognise when therapy has its limitations and given our close association with a number of treating specialists will refer you on if needed.
