This includes the SHOCKHOLM's Halloweek--various events and exhibitions and initiatives, culminating in its 'Carnival' style Halloween parade free and open to the entire city. SHOCKHOLM is a non-profit platform created to inspire new forms of social, creative and charitable interactions.
