Shoal Ventures is an Atlanta-based real estate private equity company founded in 2015 by Peter Stewart, Lance Culpepper and Sandy Stice, focused on selective real estate projects in the Southeast U.S. Since 2015, Shoal Ventures has been involved in placing over $30 million of equity in numerous JV development projects. We have primarily invested in senior living and self-storage projects but have also made strategic investments in well located residential development, industrial warehouses, apartment complexes, and opportunistic land speculation. Shoal Ventures primarily sources equity from family offices, other real estate professionals, high net worth individuals and friends & family. We provide our partners access to project-specific real estate investment opportunities.
