For 12 years, real estate agency ShMadrid has focused on its customers' necessities. By respecting cores values such as transparency and efficiency, our ambition is to accompany our customers through their housing research and propose them high-quality services. In order to make sure we do so, we propose comfortable, furnished and equipped accommodation that will be monthly-rented, for a stay from a month up to 12, or yearly-rented for a stay from 6 months up to 3 years. We also have developed a sale and Architecture service along with additional maintenance and cleaning services. Whatever the reason of the stay may be, study, work or tourism, ShMadrid will take care of finding an accommodation for every customer profile, with the aim to guarantee their complete satisfaction.
