We use tech to build a real estate fund with 35% IRR. Also, we partner with other real estate funds ($100M+ AUM) who want to do IBuying residential real estate ( think, any fund could be Opendoor). Opendoor has discovered a new asset class of instant buying ( think flipping ) residential real estate which allows getting 30% IRR against 7% IRR as a benchmark for real estate investing. Our uniqueness is that we develop the AI-based decision maker that helps maximizing of profits and to secure of losses for investors ( think trading bot for the real estate market). Last year we achieved 65% IRR ( invested $2.5M ). This year we are hitting the target of 35% IRR ($30M-$40M UTM )
