We then separated ourselves from the competition by utilizing a proprietary inventory replenishment software to distribute those products to the market at an incredible 99.5% on-time in-full rate, giving our customers the advantage of extraordinary product availability. We then took the next step to ensure that our customer's products are stored and handled safely, securely and with minimal quality instances by using the support of our 3PL division, Mercury Logistics of Kentucky, which Shippers Supply Company acquired in October of 2018. Then we took an even further step to maintain excellent service and delivery standards by adopting our own transportation division in 2018, Pivot Logistics.
