This bespoke service includes – Manager selection and contract negotiation for commercial, technical, crewing, insurance, new building supervision and pre-purchase inspection services Manager monitoring through office audits and review of hire statements, technical and accounting reports Scheduled on board visits to verify the actual quality of operations and maintenance of our client’s assets Let’s Benchmark – is our premier service that allows Owners and Managers to benchmark into the quality of their operations – including psc and vetting performance, energy efficiency, crew health and operational safety – in addition to benchmarking of the usual cost headers on the back of reliable data that spans more than 200 first class Owners and Managers across 40 countries.
