Shift Forward Information

My decision to launch Shift Forward was inspired by a life filled with unforgettable experiences and lessons learned the hard way. Growing up, my strong work ethic was paired with a fixed mindset. Though steadfast in my commitment to processes and projects, over time I discovered that my mindset was not serving me the way I’d intended. In fact, I’d missed out on many of life’s opportunities by rejecting possibility and change. Through this realization and the ensuing journey I’ve been able to maintain that work ethic and complement it with a family, a career, and a lifestyle that I love. As your coach, I will work with you or your team to seize the opportunities in front of you now and those that await you. I approach each session with: -Integrity -Intention -Passion -Honesty -Vision With more than 25 combined years of experience in massage therapy, acupuncture, and yoga and over 25,000 treatments administered to date, I understand that health is valuable and its protection is vital. Over my career I have invested significant time and energy into learning more about the relationship between our bodies, minds, and spirits. In addition to my commitment to help individuals and businesses enhance and accelerate, my educational background in neuroscience allows me to take coaching one step further by providing applied, practical information about how complex mental processes can develop into undesirable patterns. I believe that cultivating a deeper understanding of the functions of the brain’s many parts and systems allows us to design actionable strategies that lead to positive, sustainable change.
