SHIFT Collaborative offers strategy, coaching, training and tools to support learning and leadership development, strategic impact and collaborative innovation for a healthier and more resilient world. SHIFT supports early skill development and engagement right through to facilitation of long term complex change initiatives and all the steps in between. Together, we help you tackle root causes and achieve measurable impacts on the issues you care about. Our three main areas of work are: Learning and Leadership Development We design and deliver learning and development opportunities that support people, organizations and collaboratives to make a difference on issues that matter. Examples of what we do: Curriculum development, Workshops, Webinars, Symposiums, Communities of Practice, Organizational Capacity Building, Partnership Development and Leadership Development Training. Strategic Impact We work with organizations, collaboratives and multi-sector initiatives to help clarify desired impacts, and uncover strategies for breakthrough results. Examples of what we do: Theory of Change, Visioning, Evaluation, Strategic Planning, Adaptation Planning, Strategy Development, Collaborative Structures & Governance Collaborative Innovation We draw on the emerging field of social innovation to support groups to more effectively take action collectively. Examples of what we do: Collective Impact, Social Labs, Human Centred Design, Systems Mapping, Human Systems Dynamics, Adaptive Action and Prototyping
