"Shevyrev & Partners" Bureau of attorneys was established by Mr. Sergey Shevyrev, a certified lawyer and attorney-at-law, 10 years ago and now specializes in the full scale IPR protection activities with a strong accent on trade mark enforcement, while being involved in other assortment of general legal activities for its clients. The bureau is proud to be one of the first independent trade mark protection agencies in the local legal services market, with a well established cooperation with all major law enforcement institutions - The Federal/ State Customs, The Economic crime police, Market protection police, State Trade Inspectorate, Health care authority. Currently, we have offices in Moscow (HQ), St.Petersburg, Khabarovsk, Kiev/ Ukraine and Minsk/ Belarus, with totally more than 35 attorneys, lawyers, paralegals, investigators and patent attorneys. In Kazakhstan, we enjoy a partnership with a local IPR law firm. We provide for the full scale trade mark protection service, from trade mark registration in the National patent Bureau, the customs trade mark applications, through all kinds of filed seizures, investigation, control, monitoring and litigation issues.
