Shetac is an infrastructure in which merchants could become its members and build a comprehensive network. Users, in turn, could spend their points which have been achieved from several merchants within this network with different exchange rates. Furthermore, there would be two methods to do transactions. First one is by Shetac card with the aid of POS machine and second would be via Shetac application with the aid of QR code scan located on the merchant counter desk. The advantages of this network for merchants are push campaign management, sales growth and customer loyalty enhancement. Besides, users do not need to wait for next purchase from same brand to utilize the achieved point anymore because they can spend the points whenever they want and it is up to them.
