Sherpa Pashmina Art Information

Sherpa Pashmina Art was established 15 years ago but we have been running this business from last 38 years, this is actually our family business and my father Mr.Lakpa Sherpa is the senior businessmen in this sector here in Nepal. Till date we are the largest wholesaler of silk and Pashmina raw materials here in local. As for our factory, we have about 120 peoples working for us at the moment and we don't have any child labor in our factory. Most of our staffs are working in the company from more than last 15 years and all are happy with the facility provided by the company. In our company we work in team, nobody is behaved like staff ,they are pretty much serious on the job what they do, which enabled our company to run so smoothly for such a long period and most importantly everyone is boss of their own work due to which we don't have any labor problem. The staffs are well paid according to their jobs scale and experiences. Apart from this we have the bonus facility provided at the year end and if anything big happens ,company is always there to take care. Working time is 10 am to 6 pm Sunday to Friday but in seasonal period we all work little hard. We also have Tiffin facility for the staffs in the day break time. Sick leaves are often provided looking at the conditions. Our works are almost all handicraft. Due to our service and quality we are well recognized domestically and internationally. As a company we are not involved in charity works but as person I love to do a charity works and me and my wife often participate in these activities.
