Shepherds Theological Seminary Information

Shepherds Theological Seminary (STS) is committed to theologically conservative academic excellence. We believe that our students deserve the finest academic training as well as hands-on practical training and mentoring--something strongly reflected in our faculty who are not only academically-minded, but are experienced shepherds committed to training men and women for ministry. Students are the life-blood of a university and at STS we place a great value on the student and seek to give them a supportive environment in which to live, learn, and lead. Student education is enhanced by the intimate connection to a vibrant local church and our robust mentoring program. Students receive training that is tested and refined through trusted relationships, allowing students to apply their studies in the laboratory of local church life and ministry. Our main campus is located in beautiful Cary, NC and part of the vibrant Triangle area of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. Additionally, we have teaching sites in: Laramie, Wyoming; Bryan/College Station, Texas; and Atlanta, Georgia.
