Shellworks is a design-led material innovation company creating uncompromising, sustainable packaging and consumer goods made from VIVOMER. VIVOMER is a plastic-free material that behaves just like plastic in use. It can be made flexible or rigid, and inherently exhibits barrier properties that make it shelf-stable for years. Unlike plastic however, VIVOMER is microplastic, BPA and PFAS free, and is fully home compostable. VIVOMER is engineered to last as long as you need it to. It just doesn't last forever. We've just launched the first product we've made for ourselves, the VIVOMER cutting board. Now available on our website!
