We’re on a mission lead the energy transition. At Shell Recharge Solutions, we power Shell’s EV Public Charging network through SKY, our Charge Point Management System (CPMS). Our India Technology Center of Excellence is the HUB for all things EV charging technology. We design and develop solutions to keep systems running, maintain network resilience, and ensure customers have positive charging experiences. Operating as a separate organization under the Shell brand, our product, architecture, software development, engineering operations, and technical program management capabilities provide tech expertise to make EV charging easy, reliable, and convenient. Our growing team will enable Shell’s public charging ambitions and its customers to expand EV capabilities within key global markets. Our team of approximately 200 specialized technologists enjoy a hybrid remote work model that enables flexibility while maximizing in-office creativity and collaboration in Bangalore, our primary location, and our Gurgaon office.
