Sheetz Fellows Program Information

Mission: To create unique opportunities that ignite and inspire top-quality students from Penn State Altoona to become future leaders by fostering entrepreneurial thinking, ingenuity, and problem-solving skills. Vision: To inspire creativity, community, and innovation to develop strong leaders with entrepreneurial mindsets. The Sheetz Fellows experience offers an education in leadership, ethics, and service. This academic program is designed to invigorate students' education by providing them with mentoring opportunities, academic challenges, and resources for those students with an entrepreneurial mindset. It aims to shape well-rounded students who are ready for the world and prepared for citizenship and for life-long learning. In short, Sheetz Fellows will aspire to the kind of high achievement, values, and integrity associated with the Sheetz name and the Penn State reputation.
