Items may be returned for credit if returned within 10 days of receipt. The return must include the original packaging. It must be in unused, undamaged and sellable condition. Please contact us for a return authorization. Email to orders@shearworld.com . When returning an Item please ship & specify a signature confirmation of receipt along with a tracking number for your package. Return credit will only be issued provided item is returned within 10 days of receipt, with original packaging in unused, undamaged and sellable condition. We do not share or sell ANY customer information with any third party. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of order being placed. Any out-of-stock item will be backordered, and shipped immediately when back in stock. If you are having any difficulty ordering, you can place your order by sending us an email at orders@shearworld.com , and we will call you for the billing & shipping information. You can also call Shear World directly at 800-533-3102 Monday through Friday, 10am - 5pm Eastern Time. We can only ship to P.O. Box addresses using USPS. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
