Sharp gives police, fire, EMS, dispatchers and their spouses a confidential coach with similar lived experiences. The coach brings the tools and exercises to perform at a high level at every stage of their career. Our coaches come from police, fire, EMS and special operations careers, so every member gets a coach who knows the job inside and out. The coach works outside the department, so what you say stays with your coach and the department only ever sees numbers instead of names. The same coach stays with you from the recruit academy to retirement, and nothing has to be wrong for you to call. Your peer support team, clinicians, chaplain and EAP stay in place, and if you need one of them your coach helps you find the right one and you decide. More than 110 police, fire and EMS departments work with Sharp, and their members have completed more than 10,000 coaching sessions. Our coach satisfaction rating is 4.9 out of 5, based on more than 1,500 survey responses from police officers and firefighters.
